Is this event completely outdoor?
No, we eliminated VIP tickets to give EVERYONE access to the indoor clubhouse and ballroom so people have access to air conditioning, seating, and restrooms instead of temporary restrooms.
It is possibly going to be high 90’s?
Yes, there is shady areas throughout the venue, there will be a lot of vendors with tents etc. We have 3-4 bars with non-alcohol drinks also. We cancelled VIP so that we can allow ALL guests to have access to the air conditioned clubhouse that will have a bar and non alcohol drinks also.

Can we bring blankets etc?
Yes, you can bring things to sit on, blankets, towels, chairs, and you can bring umbrellas but they must be put down after 5:00pm so it doesn’t affect visibility to see the artists.
Is this event kid friendly?
Absolutely, this is a family event and we encourage them to bring their kids.
What is the parking situation?
There is parking at the venue and is based on first come first serve basis. Ride-share is recommended especially when consuming alcohol.
Is there food and drinks?
Yes, we will have food trucks, food vendors, bars, and non alcoholic drinks available.
